Technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of Vietnam Scaling up Urban Upgrading Project (SUUP) target cities (Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, Long Xuyen, Soc Trang, Tan An, Vi Thanh and Vinh Long), to develop high-quality sustainable urban infrastructure by implementing designs that incorporate appropriate resilience and accessibility design measures. This is to be achieved through capacity building support and technical assistance to incorporate universal accessibility to urban planning and infrastructure design. The consortium is formed by Corporate Solutions and Acceplan.
